Openly Useful LLC is the single planned legal entity. While formation is pending, Openly Useful remains founder-operated and the founder-owner directly authorizes source, package, registry, and provider publication. This site does not represent the LLC as formed, active, or the current operator. Provider authentication, namespace verification, and review remain separate requirements.

RunGlance remains founder-created and personally owned. No ownership transfer is required; any later LLC role is limited to publisher, operator, and licensee.

The public manifest is the authority endpoint projected from the governed editable publisher source. Provider-specific skills, MCP manifests, packages, and marketplace listings must derive their publisher identity, domains, policy URLs, contacts, and namespaces from that authority endpoint. Provider adapters may change packaging, but not publisher identity.
